Heh.
Well, I was curious as to how you found out those pictures of mine were deleted, and what file-type they were. But that's interesting, too. ;D
And how is it transparent? Why are some transparent and some not? I figure people make them that way, but how?

I can tell they're deleted, 'cuz all I can see in the post where you'd placed them is a big white box saying "This file has been moved or deleted."
I knew they were .bmp, 'cuz that's what Paint saves them in by default, and that's what you said you'd made them in.
You need a program made for it to make them transparent. Paint.Net works, as do most. MSPaint won't, though. If you'd rather, you could just assign it a random otherwise-unused color as the background, and I could just edit it out sometime, if I use it.

Oh... When I looked there, they were still visible... >.<
Huh...
What program would you have to use to make an animated image?

FireWorks for me. Flash and PhotoShop are capable, but I find 'em difficult.
Well......shoot. For lack of a better word. EVERY image hosting site I use is down or won't support emotes. So I guess I'll edit this when I don't feel like punching the wall due to the internet's evil.

Microsoft .gif animator works. I know it used to be available for free on the internet, but I don't know if it's still free, or whatever.
Flash is difficult, and I've never worked with PhotoShop, so I'll just take your word on that, Fox.
Never even heard of FireWorks...

It's basically the same thing as Flash, but with less features. You can animate....and that's about it. I tend to just add any sound clips via Movie Maker. Ah, old memories of hating PhotoBucket. 'Twas a last resort. Obviously, we have very different emote styles. This is the only one I've had time to make..but I'll try to get some more done.

Heh. Yeah... mine look like something out of a child's bed-time story book... >.< But yours is neat. Well, I haven't heard ot any of them... However, when I've the time, I may try to look those things up. I've made a K'os one, but I'm not gonna' put it up 'till later... like when I'm done with it... I want to try to make it animated, if I can figure it out. And, maybe I'll try to get Paint. net, again, too...

Heh. ;D I was talking about my plan to make animated emoticons, and your reaction seemed a bit amusing, to me. I guess it was just the way I read it. Sorry, I say strange things... >.<

Here's mine with PNG transparency I had a red and orange sigil, too, but it seems to be corrupted. Nuts.

Look good. I'dve liked to see the other, as well, but so it goes.
There is a disadvantage to .png transparency, though; IE doesn't yet support it. FF and just about every other browser does, though.

Huh... Well, not like I have a choice, there, so I guess I don't have to worry.
What does IE do to transparency in images?
