*Laugh!!!* I might try to make cheesecake, this weekend... I've never done that, at all. ^_^ Well then, I'll be looking up recipes... So you've made cheesecake? Hm... I wonder how it's done... I'll be finding out.

Usually, I use the premade packages of cheesecake mix. I made one from scratch once...I think. Of course, my sister was helping me, so I still don't know enough to make one without a recipe.

I. Love. Cheesecake. My life revolves around it. IT IS BETTER THAN BACON FLAVORED CRACKERS AND CHEEZ WIZ.
I can only have plain right now, seeing as chocolate & berries are on my "no-no" list at the moment....but now you've gone & made me want to go get some...<3

I'm trying to decide if the correct phrase here is "I'm sorry" or "You're Welcome!"

Heh. ;D My cheesecake has been made... and it was weirder the second time than the first... (I had extra batter, and such, so I used it, after finishing the first one - and now I think the flavor slightly resembles that of play-dough. Is that how you spell play-dough? or is the end just oh?..) Another question - does extra stuff almost always change in flavor, or was that just failure? >.<

Heh. But I don't know why it changed, like it did... it went from a cheesecake thing to a chewey, overly sweet hunk of playd-however you spell it. Maybe some of it was the different crusts... the second one was made differently, and didn't turn out very well... (I didn't have the same ingredients.) (I think I'm jus' gonna' look the spelling of that word up, 'cuz I think I've seen both...) ... Okay, according to Google, they're both right... O.o

Hmm...Play-Dough is generic, Play-Doh is a brand name...
Overly sweet cheesecake...sounds like a Thanksgiving dish, to me.
