Yes. Most of them do. They knead (more often than not) because they've been taken from their mother too soon. As for the drooling bit, a lot of cats do that when they're happy. No particular reason, really.
Sam did okay, btw. Better than Penny, actually. I had to sit on Penny. XD

*Laugh!!!* Yeah, whenever we have "rescues" for cats, and they're too young, they end out doing weird stuff. Orange sucks blankets among other things, and there was another weird cat that sucked his toes... that was interesting. That cat also ran around the house, clawing the rear-ends of guests that just so unluckily sat in open-backed chairs... We've had odd pets. I've met a lot of drooling cats... ;D It's very strange. Orange didn't drool until very recently... I wonder what encouraged him to do so. Also, I still wonder what my family's going to do to get him to stop...
