You're the one that told me that you have to download something before you download Paint.Net, for, otherwise, it will tell you that it is not capable of downloading Paint.Net.

No...actually...
I believe you mean the framework. Back when I downloaded it, yes, that was the case. Anymore, they're packaged together. Download one, you get 'em both.

Hmm...maybe you clicked the wrong link? Lotsa' things come with the framework these days, so I think they offer one without it, to prevent redundancy.
