Could you drop a link to the front page whenever you do that, so people can just click the page up from the announcement that it exists?
I know it's not a big deal, but I'd appreciate it at least.
Any chance we'll get to know what those marks on his face are? They look like mud of grease, but they seem to have appeared as soon as he signed the contract and darkened constantly ever since.

Uh, they're just mud. He rubbed his face whilst signing the contract.
They're only getting darker, 'cuz a certain artist is getting sloppy.

*Laugh!!!*  I love how his pupils suddenly get so huge. XD (Yeah, I'm an update late on the responding...  ) Hm... Doesn't his signature serve the same purpose? Heh. Kheros's appearance is neat. ;D Or I suppose you can go by Blood's title for him... XD Hehehe. I wonder if Kheros'll ever live that'n down...  I like the layout for this'n. Heh. The last few bits made me think of an arched and framed window. |

The arched window was deliberate. It doesn't mean anything, I just always thought that pattern was cool.

The next page (a splash page, be ye warned) would be up, but Xepher.net's having a bit of trouble, right now. Xepher himself has been advised, so odds are it'll be taken care of by the end of the week.
So yeah...update when Xepher gets the SCP back up.

And Update!Not sure how I feel about this one. It's not bad, I guess, but...I just don't like the end result. I like each panel, individually, but, together, I'm just not feelin' it. Kheros is, as ever, fun to draw, and Issac's face continues to amuse me. The observant will notice that Ceviel's color scheme has changed since last time I drew him. The reasons for this are twofold--one, last time I drew Ceviel in color, I was using colored pencils, and didn't have the right colors. Second, I felt Ceviel's color scheme was too...cheery...for the character himself, so I used more subdued colors. Besides, grave clothes are usually black, not blue, and that's sorta' the impression I'm after, here... |
