Hmm...wasn't this thread already around?
I'm pretty sure it was...but I don't see it.
Though I know I've already said this; "Well done!"

Yeah, but nobody said anything. Hahaha... very funny. In mine, the head is so out of proportion to the body, and that makes the feet look tiny, and they were already small in comparison to the original. Also, the ears are really strange; narrow and pointy. And the wings don't look right... at all... one legs skinny and the other's fat... I should have shown more of the tail to complete the image... his hind legs are all close together, and look just retarded. The eye is insane. I couldn't draw the fur right. The neck makes him look part giraffe, because I drew his fat head too far away from his tiny body. Also... the coloring is terrible... If you want to see a well drawn Beastling, look at the comic, or Fox's. You'll have more luck there.

/self critique, which is 9 times outta 10 way more harsh than it has to be.
(harrumphs) Well, personally, I think it looks cool.

Meh... nothing ever has to be said. But it that doesn't make somthing unsaid untrue.
Well... that's your opinion.

Yes... and yours is good, while mine is frightening. I was comparing mine to yours, actually...
In mine, the coloring is just retchid... blotchy and frigthening...
The neck, where the white covers the throat, looks terrible. I couldn't draw the fur on the chest at all...
If there was just one thing I was allowed to do again though... it'd be the entire lower portion... D'ya' think I should try to draw another Beastling, after all?

Feel free, as I'm not gonna' stop you. I'd look forward to it.
But I'm gonna' have to quote my art teacher again:
"Even if it looks awful, keep it. Later, you'll look at it and say, 'Wow, that's horrible...but I did a lot right' and you'll learn from it. It's all good work, even if you don't see it being good.'
Sure, the guy's nuts, but he's right, and he knows art.

*Laugh!!!* Well... it's here, so I don't think I'll be losing it any time soon. All right then, I'll draw another picture of Beastling. Any way in particular you think I should draw him, this time? Poses/attitude, whatever....

Draw him as you see fit.

I drew him sleeping, 'cuz I was sleepy... I intend to take the drawing to church to ask Dragyn for advice, and the like. It's kinda scary... so it'll need help. I kinda pity you, Dragyn. You've seen me cause deformity to many of your awesome characters... and it's just sad... Ramjik was a particularly frightening attempt... I'll never forget the explosion of blazing hairballs being the fat guy wearing a Ramjik costume... As was Kheros, frightening. Just a bit more subtle...

I draw these characters often. You draw them...occasionally. Differentiation is to be expected.
