So, then, I know I've already linked the PEEP all over for this, but since I'd sorta' like some critique of it, I'll put it here, as well. Yes, it is a bit rough, but it was a deliberate choice, this time. Coloring is hard when you're lines are see-through...

True, true. It turned out pretty good, though. =3
Is that language of your own design? If it is, it's pretty cool. Making a language is hard. @.@

In this case, the runes are simply a letter-replacement set, though they are of my own design.
In the comic, that method is referred to as "modern runic," though there's an entire set I've written that uses entirely different rules/words than English does.
The runes are my own, though.
Thanks!

I like it, but you already knew that. ;D
This Nikalus would be scary to find in your house in the middle of the night. O.O I just thought of that... A werewolf bandying about threats in the form of altered Christmas carols in your house, on Christmas eve...

Heh..I think it'd be kinda cool. =3 Certainly not as scary as #3 of my Christmas pictures.. Still...he's blue. That alone makes him cool. ^.^

Before I colored his fur blue, he looked a lot like Reno, from FF VII...
Hmm...what is #3 of your Christmas pictures, again?

Heh. X3 Well, anyway. If it's blue, chances are it'll get fanart/plushie/both from me. ^.^
~ And, I'm not exactly sure how you define "appropriate", so I never posted it.

Heh.
Cool, yes. Plus kinda scary... (I'd be pretty well started off if I found any stranger in the house in the middle of the night while everyone was sleeping...) All in all, it equals a very entertaining Christmas Eve... ;D
What color was he, originally?

Huh? Oh, he was white, like the paper I drew him on. His fur's always been blue in my head, I've just never actually drawn him in color before.
Oh: Definition of "Appropriate"
Non-explicit, mostly inoffensive, minimal cuss words/expletives/dirty gestures/et cetera.
You could always PM me a link and I can check it for you if you're in doubt.

Heh. Oh... neat, we're the first to see him in color! Well... excluding your family, I'm sure. Are those scars, or just designs, on his face?

He's got scars, actually. No designs on his face.

I like the way he looks. Red hair and blue fur is an awsome combination. Those are my two favorite colors. Along with black and purple.

Oh, heh, I wondered.... ;D Making this somewhat "Santa-like" figure even more cheery. ' Ya' know, the main things that make him remotely Santa-like are only color combination/clothes and name. >.< Everything else... not Santa-like. But then, you would know this, considering the fact that you are the artist. 'Tis kinda a pity he can't show in PE... I think he would have been fun/fuuny.

Hmm...he may make a brief cameo appearance come about chapter 5-7, but we'll see. Nothing major, though.
He resembles Santa more when traveling in his sleigh, even if it is made of knives and pointy bits.

*Laugh!!!* This is one twisted version of the little fat guy in the fairy tale... (For some reason it reminds me of Little Red Riding Hood, drop-kicking pie-bombs.) O.o And what, may I ask, is pulling the sleigh? ;D
